Mission:  To provide information to Chapter members and survivors on their entitlements.  To answer questions and help members and survivors submit inquires, applications and claims to governmental agencies.  To keep Chapter members informed, generally using the Chapter Bulletin, concerning facilities and services available in the area, such as commissaries, hospitals, exchanges, etc.
